SPIKED CRANBERRY SAUCE

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry infused vodka
  • Grated peel of one orange
  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool, refrigerate and serve along with your turkey.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

HOT TEQUILA CRANBERRYSAUCE

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • Grated peel of one lime
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool, refrigerate and serve with your turkey.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

CRANBERRY AND BLACK CURRANT SAUCE

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup black currant jam
  • 1 cup water
  • Grated peel of one orange
  • 2 tablespoons black currant infused vodka
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool, refrigerate and serve with your turkey.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
