Cognac Chip Dip

  • ½ lb Roquefort cheese
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1/6 c. cognac
  • ¼ pint sour cream
  • cayenne &red pepper

Soften the cheese, blend with butter and cognac to a creamy consistency. Season and fold in sour cream.

Sherry Spread

  • ½ lb. cheddar cheese
  • ¾ c. sour cream
  • 3 to 4 T sherry

Grate cheese and combine with sour cream and wine.
