T-Bird'57 T-BIRD MARTINI

• 2 tablespoons vodka
• 2 tablespoons Goldschlager or other cinnamon-flavored schnapps liqueur
• 1 tablespoon cherry syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
• Ice
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Makes 1 serving.

SASSY PEACH CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

• 1 (29-ounce) can peaches, drained
• 1/4 cup peach schnapps
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
• 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
Blend peaches, peach schnapps, lemon juice and TABASCO® Sauce in a blender or food processor until smooth. Just before serving, pour in champagne.

Makes 8 servings.

SEEING RED MARGARITAS
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1/3 cup tequila
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
• 2 cups ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

SLOW BURN MARTINI
• 2 ounces premium vodka
• 1/2 ounce vermouth
• 5 drops Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
• 4 to 5 ice cubes
• 1 slice jalapeno pepper
Combine vodka, vermouth, TABASCO® Sauce, and ice in a cocktail shaker; cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled, stemmed martini glass. Add jalapeno slice and serve.

Makes 1 serving.

SPICED ICED TEA
• 4 cups cold water
• 8 tea bags
• 4 whole cloves
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
• 1 orange, cut in half and thinly sliced
• Ice
Heat water to boiling. Place tea bags, cloves, and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Stir in boiling water; cover and steep 5 minutes. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce. Pour into a pitcher and cool 30 minutes. Chill. To serve, stir in orange slices and pour over ice.

Makes 1quart.

TANGY SANGRIA
• 1 orange
• 1 lime
• 1 (750-ml) bottle red wine
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1/4 cup Triple Sec or other orange-flavored liqueur
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
• Ice
• 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling water
Cut orange and lime in half. Cut one half of each into thin slices; squeeze juice from remaining halves.
Place fruit slices and juice in a pitcher; add red wine, brandy, Triple Sec, sugar, and TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce and stir well. Chill. To serve, fill large wine glasses with ice. Pour two-thirds full with wine mixture and top with sparkling water.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

TEXAS TEA TABASCO STYLE
• 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon-lime carbonated beverage
• 1 tablespoon light rum
• 1 tablespoon tequila
• 1 tablespoon vodka
• 1 tablespoon gin
• 3 drops Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 12-ounce highball glass filled with ice; stir. If desired, garnish glass with a wedge of pineapple or lime.

Makes 1 serving.
