Ingredients
2 large Sweet Bell Peppers, grilled and peeled
1/2 Lemon
3 tbsp Honey (clover is best for this recipe, but ordinary is fine)
1 sprig Fresh Lavender
Salt & Pepper

Indoor Preparation
Halve the peppers and grill them for 5 minutes on low heat.
Remove the charred skin so that the pepper is skinned, and place
in blender with honey.
Blend on medium speed for one minute.
Pour sauce into small pot over low heat on the grill or an element,
add a sprinkle of lavender leaves and lemon juice.
If the sauce appears to be thick or pasty, add a little water.
Keep sauce warm until sandwich is ready.
Cooking Tips
To ensure you don't overcook the sauce, keep it on very low heat.
