Chocolate Cocktails
for Valentine's Day
Nothing says love and romance like the sweet embrace of chocolate, itself the love child of the cocoa bean. This Valentine's Day, say "I love you" with one of our delicious chocolate drinks.
6. RASCHOCOLATE MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 1/4 oz raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz white crème de cacao
Mixing instructions:
Combine vodka, crème de cacao, raspberry liqueur and cranberry juice in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.

7. CHARTREUSE CHOCOLATE KISS
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
- 1 cup hot chocolate
- 1 heaping tbsp Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
Mixing instructions:
Pour Chartreuse into a warmed, heat-proof mug, fill with hot chocolate, and garnish with dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

8. CHOCOLATE BLACK RUSSIAN
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 oz vodka
Mixing instructions:
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and quickly blend at a low speed. Pour into a chilled champagne flute or cocktail glass and serve.

9. ADULT HOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1 cup hot chocolate
- 1 generous tbsp whipped cream
Mixing instructions:
Pour hot chocolate and schnapps into a warmed mug and stir well. Top with whipped cream.

10. CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
- 3 oz port
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp grated chocolate
- 1 oz yellow Chartreuse
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except chocolate, with cracked ice in a blender or shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
