12 Valentine's Day Cocktails
In honour of Valentine's Day, we've put together a spirited list of a dozen cocktail roses to help you and that special someone enjoy the most romantic day of the year.
9. LA VIE EN ROSE
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Pernod
- 1 oz white crème de cacao
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth. Pour into a large chilled champagne flute. Option: Garnish with a rose.

10. ROSE HALL RYE TODDY
Ingredients:
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled old fashioned glass.

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz crème de cassis
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1-1/2 oz bourbon
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Serve in a chilled old fashioned glass.
