10 Christmas Holiday Punch Bowls


6. CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bottle club soda
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • 1 bottle champagne

  • Mixing instructions:
    Combine all ingredients, except club soda, in a large punch bowl. Pour the club soda as guests arrive. Use a large block of ice to keep the punch cold longer and undiluted. Enjoy !

    7. HOLIDAY PUNCH

    Ingredients:

  • 5 cups orange juice
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 4 orange slices
  • 4 cups gin
  • 2 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 cup curaçao
  • 1-1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 litre of lemon-lime soda

  • Mixing instructions:
    Pour chilled gin, curaçao, fruit juices, and grenadine into a punch bowl with a cake of ice. Stir well, add soda, and stir again gently. Garnish with fruit slices.

    Makes about 32 servings.

    8. OSCAR’S FESTIVE PUNCH (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

    Ingredients:

  • 4 oz grenadine
  • 2 litres of club soda
  • 2 litres of ginger ale
  • 1 container (355 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 container (355 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 jug (1.89 L) cranberry/raspberry cocktail
  • 1 jug (1.89 L) pineapple juice
  • 1 jug (1.89 L) cranberry cocktail
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • Orange and lemon slices (optional)

  • Mixing instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Keep a bottle of vodka or rum nearby to allow your guests to make their serving alcoholic. Use a large block of ice to keep the punch cold longer and undiluted. Enjoy!

    Makes approx 35 servings.

    9. ANGEL PUNCH (NON-ALCOLHOLIC)

    Ingredients:

  • 64 oz white grape juice
  • 56 oz club soda
  • 32 oz strong green tea
  • 16 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar syrup

  • Mixing instructions:
    Mix together all the ingredients (except club soda) and place in refrigerator until well chilled. Pour the chilled mixture into a punch bowl and add a block or cake of ice. Add club soda and stir gently.

    Makes approx 42 servings of 4 oz each.

    10. CHAMPAGNE CUP PUNCH

    Ingredients:

  • 4 oz brandy 
  • 3 oz maraschino liqueur 
  • 2 oz Benedictine
  • 1 litre of club soda
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne
  • Orange and lemon slices

  • Mixing instructions:
    Place all the sliced fruit in the punch bowl with the brandy and Benedictine and maraschino liqueur. Let sit. Just before you serve the drinks, add the champagne and club soda. A block of ice should be added to the punch bowl.
