5 Desserts in a Glass
Brandy Alexander
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz crème de cacao
- 1 oz heavy cream
Mixing Instructions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A little heavier than a Dark Chocolate Martini but lighter than an ice cream treat, this drink is both dreamy and creamy. To dress this drink up a bit, rim your glass with cocoa powder and sugar. Mix the cocoa powder and sugar together on plate. Next wet the rim of your glass with water and then rotate it in the cocoa mixture. Use regular sugar rather than superfine sugar, it provides a lovely sparkle against the darkness of the cocoa.
