Festive Cocktail Garnishes
Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- Several dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (for two drinks)
Mixing Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except Angostura bitters, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled whiskey sour glass. Top with several dashes Angostura bitters.

The Pisco Sour is a lovely frothy drink. If you plan on making more than a few of these, consider buying liquid egg whites to save time and money. To give your Pisco Sour a little holiday spirit, serve it in a chilled martini glass and garnish it with a cinnamon stick, a lime wedge and some ground nutmeg or cinnamon sprinkled on the surface in festive shapes such as trees, stars or bells.
