- 3/4 oz. crème de banane
- 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 1 slice ripe banana
- Sprite or 7-Up
Mixing instructions:
Mix gin, crème de banane, and banana with ice in a blender at high speed so that banana is liquified. Pour into a chilled champagne glass and top with cold Sprite.
