- 4 oz. cognac
- 4 sugar cubes
- 1 pt. coffee (hot, strong, black)
Mixing instructions:
Place sugar cube in each of 4 demitasse cups that have been rinsed with boiling water. Fill each cup nearly full with hot coffee and carefully float an ounce of cognac in each cup. Ignite, flame for a few seconds, and stir with a spoon to extinguish the flames. Serves four.
