- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 oz. sugar syrup
- 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- Club Soda
- Green cherry [optional]
- Pineapple stick
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except club soda, pineapple stick, and green cherry) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Fill with club soda and garnish with fruit.
