- 5 oz. orange juice
- 3 drops grenadine
- 3 raspberries
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 peach
- 1 1/2 oz. ABSOLUT MANDRIN
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- champagne
Mixing instructions:
Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orange juice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the lime juice and the vanilla syrup. Blend until smooth.Pour the Absolut mandarin into a highball glass. Half fill the glass with the mix from the blender and top with champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
