SUMMERTIME TEA SANGRIA

Ingredients:
- 750 ml. Red Wine (Preferably a fruity Spanish wine, such as Torres Sangre de Toro)
- 2 lemons (sliced and seeded)
- 2 oranges (sliced and seeded)
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1 cup canned California Cling Peach slices
- 1 cup Tetley Orange Pekoe tea
- Club Soda
- Lemon zest (of 1 lemon)
Mixing instructions:
In a 3 quart pitcher, combine the zest, lemon slices, grapes, orange, and cherries. Pour the brewed Tetley Orange Pekoe tea over the fruit, then the wine. Refigerate.When it's time to serve your guests add lots of ice and club soda to give the Sangria some effervescence.
