CHAMPAGNE TINI

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. champagne
- 1/4 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Plymouth Gin Plymouth
- orange zest
Mixing instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 1 oz Plymouth Gin and 1/4 oz Cointreau. Stir until chilled and strain into a champagne cup. Top with 2 oz chilled Piper Heidseick champagne and garnish with a burnt orange zest.
