Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. brandy
- Dash Angostura bitters
- champagne
- Dash curaçao
- Lemon wedge
- superfine sugar
Mixing instructions:
Moisten the rim of a chilled wine goblet (or large specialty glass) with lemon wedge and roll rim in sugar until coated. Mix brandy, curaçao, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass and strain into goblet. Fill with cold champagne.
