TEQUILA OLD FASHIONED

- Several dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 1/2 oz. gold tequila
- 1 lump sugar
- Lemon twist
Mixing instructions:
Place sugar cube in Old Fashioned glass and saturate with bitters. Muddle until sugar is dissolved, add ice, tequila, and a jigger or two of water. Stir well and garnish with lemon twist.;An interesting variation is to add an ounce of lime or lemon juice and enough additional sugar to sweeten to your taste.
