Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz. scotch
- Dash Angostura bitters [optional]
- Lemon peel
Mixing instructions:
Stir all ingredients, except lemon peel, with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop into glass.
