- 3/4 oz. orange juice
- 3/4 oz. scotch
- 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Created for the premiere of the Rudolph Valentino silent movie of the same name, this drink is the saviour of every bartender who despairs of finding a widely-accepted cocktail with Scotch whisky, which is notoriously difficult to mix well.
