- 1/2 oz. amaretto
- 1 oz. melon liqueur
- 1 tbsp. Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherry
- scoop vanilla ice cream
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except whipped cream and cherry) in a blender until smooth. Pour into a chilled parfait or specialty glass. Top it with the whipped cream and a cherry to garnish. We are still wondering where this creative (even if somewhat dated) name and drink idea came from.
