ABSINTHE DRIP FRAPPÉ

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Pernod (or other absinthe substitute)
- 1 sugar cube
- Club Soda
Mixing instructions:
Half fill a mixing glass with crushed ice and pour in Pernod. Place sugar cube on top of the ice and very slowly drip club soda on sugar cube until it is completely dissolved. Mix well with barspoon and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Traditionally this drink is served with two straws that have been cut in half.
