Classic cocktails

Like so much in the world of ”mixology” you would be hard pressed to find two professional bartenders who would produce the exact same list of classics. No doubt though their lists would include many of the above drinks. There are literally hundreds of variations possible with the classics; Martinis, from Apple and Cajun to Chocolate and Sicilian; Manhattans, from Biscayne to Tequila.

Where is your favourite?

Remember that a classics list is influenced by many variables, not the least of which is geography. A caesar is a must on any Canadian classics list, but is not even listed in American based bartending courses.
