Romantic Champagne Cocktails
For Two
If champagne is the drink of special occasions, then a champagne cocktail, usually a sweet libation, is the perfect aperitif to your Valentine’s dinner, or an ideal accompaniment to a sweet Valentine’s dessert.

6. CUPID'S BOW
Ingredients:
- 5 oz champagne
- 1/2 oz Cherry Heering or cherry liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Pour Cherry Heering into a chilled glass and fill with cold champagne.

7. MORNING KISS
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz apricot brandy
- 3/4 oz gin
- 1 oz ornage juice
- Champagne
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except champagne, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a large, chilled wine goblet. Fill with cold champagne and stir gently.

8. BELLINI
Ingredients:
- 3 oz puree from canned California Cling Peaches
- Champagne
- Dash lemon juice
- Maraschino liqueur to taste
Mixing instructions:
Puree ripe peaches in a blender and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sweeten with maraschino liqueur. Fill with ice cold champagne. You can substitute peach juice or peach nectar for the peach puree.

9. CHAMPAGNE TINI
Ingredients:
- 2 oz champagne
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz gin
- Orange zest
Mixing instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin and Cointreau. Stir until chilled and strain into a champagne cup. Top with champagne and garnish with a burnt orange zest.

10. RASPBERRY TRUFFLE
Ingredients:
Mixing instructions:
