OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the survey form available at www.thatsthespirit.com/en/contests/survey_0806.asp
2. Survey commences August 7, 2006. To be eligible, all entries must be received on or before September 11, 2006, the contest closing date. One entry per person. thatstheSPIRIT.com is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, illegible, destroyed, delayed or misdirected.
3. PRIZES: 1 of 4 iPOD Shuffles. Approximate retail value of the prize pack is $100.00 CAD.
4. A random draw will be made on Sept.12, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. (EST), from all eligible entries received. In order to win, the selected entrant will have to answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed during a telephone interview, in person, email or by mail. The odds of being selected will depend on total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted within ten days of draw date. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five business days, or does not comply with contest rules, another prizewinner will be drawn. Contact will only be made with the selected entrant.
5. To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must be of legal drinking age in his/her respective province, a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who is not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of or domicile with an employee of thatsthespirit or their affiliated companies, agents, advertising agencies, contest prize suppliers or the independent contest organization.
6. By entering, each contestant agrees to abide by these rules and regulations and the decisions of the contest organization which are final. All entries become the property of thatstheSPIRIT.com. The winner will be required to sign standard forms of release and consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any publicity carried out by thatsthespirit.com or their agencies without further compensation.
7. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
8. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. At their election, for any reason whatsoever, thatsthespirit.com may substitute any component of the prize with a prize of equivalent value.
