It's time to share Canada's drink secret with the world, the Caesar!
The Caesar has been a top 10 drink on thatsthespirit.com since day one, and it is the most popular drink in Canada. However it is less known around the rest of the world.
Twist tradition inside out with the Inside Out Caesar recipe
How inside out you ask?
The ice cubes are your caesar ingredients frozen...just add vodka
Ingredients
- 18 oz Clam Tomato Cocktail
- 15 drops TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce
- 12 drops Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
In a mixing glass or shaker add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer and let freeze.
Now build the Caesar - with a twist.
- Rim a martini glass with celery salt.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes (from recipe above) to rimmed glass.
- Pour 1-1/2 oz vodka over ice cubes and garnish with a lemon twist.
