CARIBBEAN SUNSET

Ingredients:

1 oz. blue curaçao
1 oz. crème de banane
1 oz. heavy cream
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. Plymouth Gin
Dash grenadine

Mixing instructions:

Mix all the ingredients (except the grenadine) in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass that is filled with ice. Add the grenadine. The grenadine should float to the bottom giving the drink a "sunset" look. Enjoy !
